Orientation meeting, applications and handbooks
given out
Thursday, January 26th:
Applications and $30.00 delegate fee due
(Davidson HS students make checks payable to
Davidson High School, check must include a
home phone number. Guest school delegates
should ask their sponsor teachers about paying
fees.)
Wednesday, January 25th, 3:00 PM, DHS Library/Media Ctr:
Major Power interviews, applicants will be
contacted by chairs for appointment time
Thursday, January 26th, 5:00 PM, DHS Library/Media Ctr:

Tuesday, February 7th, 6:00 PM, DHS Auditorium:
Orientation meeting, country assignments,
instructions for research/writing/submitting resolutions
Tuesday, March 6th: Resolutions Due
Resolutions may be mailed to Mr. Dollison at Davidson
HS or emailed to your committee
chair as a Microsoft Word or RTF attachment. If your
resolutions are not ready by deadline
delegates must bring 150 copies if for EcoSoc, HF, or PS
/ 15 if for Security Council. Late
resolutions must be approved by the DIMUN staff at
registration.
Tuesday, March 27th, 6:00 PM, DHS Auditorium:
Final meeting, review parliamentary procedure,
discuss registration.
Monday, April 9th :
DIMUN Committee Meetings, Registration begins
7:15 AM Convention Center Parking is $5.00.
Once parked you cannot drive from the Convention
Center until DIMUN adjourns
Tuesday, April 10th, Mobile Convention Center
DIMUN General Assembly. Flags must be turned in by 7:45
AM, roll call begins at 8:00 AM
